Casa Guadalupe Multicultural Center Announces Postponement of Fiesta Latina and Rhythms of a Cause 2026 Events

West Bend, WI — The Board of Directors of Casa Guadalupe Multicultural Center announces, with heartfelt consideration, the postponement of Fiesta Latina and Rhythms for a Cause for the year 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. Casa Guadalupe’s Board and Executive Team remain fully committed to ensuring that all programs and events uphold our long‑standing values of safety, inclusivity, and community trust. As an organization that serves a diverse and, in some cases, vulnerable community, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for all participants is our highest priority.

Given current external conditions and broader national conversations that continue to evolve, the Board conducted a comprehensive assessment of potential risks associated with hosting large-scale public events this year. After careful evaluation, the Board concluded that postponing these events is the most responsible step to take at this time to protect our clients, our community, and our staff.

We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support of our partners, volunteers, and the broader community.
